Can I Connect Online?
Yes, Acenda’s new website features flexible options to connect with us, meeting you where you are in your care journey. Contact our Access Center by calling to get connected to one of our compassionate, knowledgeable team members who can help guide you to the right support.
You can also reach our Access Center by filling out our secure “Get Care” form. After completing the form, an Acenda team member will reach out within 24 business hours to walk you through what programs are best suited to meet your needs and how you can get started with care.
Request an appointment online through our convenient options, available anytime, even outside of business hours. Select Request an Appointment for Counseling & Wellness or Recovery Services. For non-emergency Mental Health Urgent Care needs that do not warrant walk-in, same-day care, select Urgent Care Appointment. Families in eligible counties can also requesting maternal health services by selecting the Connecting NJ Referral button. Choose the best option that best fits your needs to get started.
Does Acenda Take My Insurance?
Yes, Acenda works with a wide range of insurance plans. We partner with many providers including commercial insurance, Medicare, managed care, and HMO-SNP plans. If your insurance is not listed or if you have additional questions, please reach out to 833-584-9165 to ask about your coverage.
Where Can I Pay My Bills?
Acenda is pleased to offer online payments for bill payments. Just scroll to the bottom of the Get Care page on and click the “Bill Pay” button to be redirected to our billing site.
What Pharmacy Will My Medications Be Sent To?
Acenda is able to send your medications to the pharmacy of your choice. We also partner with Genoa Healthcare, with on-site locations at our Holly Dell (Sewell, NJ) and Cape May Court House locations. They offer convenient, customized services, designed to support you.
