Acenda Integrated Health Announces New Board Leadership and Welcomes Key Addition to Board of Trustees
Glassboro, NJ (3/7/2024): The Board of Trustees at Acenda Integrated Health is delighted to announce and commemorate the appointment of Stacey Mickles as the new board chair, and extend a warm welcome to new board member, Claire Riggs.
Stacey Mickles earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mickles joined Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) in 2022 as Associate Regulatory Counsel, bringing significant experience from previous positions at Eversource Energy and South Jersey Industries. Mrs. Mickles is married and resides in Sicklerville, NJ. Acenda President and CEO, Dr. Anthony DiFabio expresses his excitement stating, “we are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Mickles as our new board chair. Her extensive experience and dedication make her an invaluable addition to our leadership team. We look forward to her guidance and contributions as we continue our mission to positively impact our communities.”
Expressing her enthusiasm for her new role, Mrs. Mickles shares, “I look forward to serving as chair of such an incredible organization that has such a profound impact on our communities. The commitment to improving the lives of our friends, families, and neighbors is evidenced by the passion hard work, and dedication of the Acenda board, leadership, and every employee.”
Additionally, the Board of Trustees welcomes Claire Riggs, an accomplished communication professional, as a new member. Dr. DiFabio shared, “We are pleased to welcome Mrs. Riggs to our Board of Trustees. Her unique expertise and passion will undoubtedly enrich our strategic vision, mission and impact.” Claire Riggs brings a wealth of experience from her roles as the Managing and Strategic Communication Partner at Riggs Creative Group and as a Professor at Rowan University. With her Master of Arts in Public Relations from Rowan University and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University, she is well-equipped to contribute to our organization’s success.
