Offers a supportive housing program for young adults to help them secure stable, affordable housing and provides guidance in developing life skills for independent living.

Expectant and Parenting Youth Program

Provides safe, supportive housing for young adults ages 18–21 who are expecting or parenting and have current or past involvement with the child welfare system and have had housing instability.

Intercept

Serves children ages 0–17 and their families who are involved with DCP&P and are at risk of family separation or working toward reunification.

Life Link Homes

A supportive housing program for young adults, aged 18-21 at time of intake, who have aged out of foster care and are at risk of homelessness or are experiencing homelessness

Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)

An evidence-based, trauma-informed program that gives parents practical tools to build strong relationships and manage children’s behavior with confidence.
