Acenda’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides care for individuals across the mental health and substance use disorder spectrum. CCBHC’s team of licensed clinicians, recovery staff, nurses, and psychiatrists use evidence-based practices to deliver integrated behavioral and physical health care to individuals of all ages living with severe mental health concerns or substance use disorders.

From there, a CCBHC team member will schedule an in-person or telehealth meeting to discuss your needs.

Arranging Services
At your scheduled meeting, you will complete intake paperwork and assessments to better understand your needs. From there, you will meet with a case manager and clinician to discuss your care.

Moving Forward with Care
After completing intake, you will begin attending weekly sessions tailored to your schedule to help you stabilize your lifestyle and mental health. Sessions are available in person or via telehealth and can be conducted individually in a group setting.

How long will I be in therapy?
Typically, our clients are in therapy for 10 to 12 weeks.
How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions are usually around 45 minutes.
How often will I meet with my therapist?
Typically, either weekly or biweekly.
Can I be in group sessions and receive individual therapy at the same time?
Yes, you are welcome to participate in both group sessions and individual therapy sessions.
How do I qualify for CCBHC services?
To be qualify for CCBHC services, you must be a resident of Gloucester County

Will my care plan be personalized?
Yes. Every person receives an individualized treatment plan based on their unique strengths, goals, and needs. Your care team will regularly review your progress with you and adjust your services as your needs change.
What happens if I need additional behavioral health services?
Because CCBHC offers a comprehensive continuum of care, your treatment team can help connect you with additional behavioral health services, psychiatric care, crisis support, substance use treatment, case management, or other Acenda programs if your needs change over time.
