Our Counseling & Wellness Centers serve individuals of all ages, offering comprehensive mental health counseling, parent support and psychiatric services. Our providers offer individual, family and group therapy along with medication management s. Sessions are offered in person and via telehealth, to fit your life and schedule.

    Offering guidance and resources to help parents navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and promote healthy family dynamics.

    Supporting you to identify and treat PTSD and other mental health challenges due to stress and trauma.

    Providing support and guidance to help you cope with loss, process emotions, and begin to heal.

Eligibility

To be eligible for counseling services, you must have accepted insurance or be supported through a Counseling & Wellness Center grant. See our full list of insurances accepted here.

What to Expect 

  • Reaching Out 

    You can arrange for an intake appointment through Acenda’s Access Center, which will set up your first meeting with your therapist. This can be done via phone, contact us form or request an appointment link.  

  • Intake Meeting 

    Based on your availability, you will be scheduled for a mental health intake with your therapist. You will complete the intake assessment and then schedule your next meeting to suit your schedule and that of your counselor. You can meet in person or virtually.  

  • Moving Forward with Care

    You will typically meet with your therapist weekly and can continue to meet with them for 10-12 weeks, typically.

How long will I be in therapy? 

Typically, our clients attend weekly services for 10 to 12 weeks. 

How long are therapy sessions? 

Sessions typically last for 45 minutes. 

How often will I meet with my therapist? 

You can meet with your therapist weekly or biweekly. 

Can I be in group therapy and receive individual therapy at the same time? 

Yes. Let your therapist know that you would be interested in multiple services during your intake assessment.  

How do I qualify for Counseling & Wellness services?
