Acenda provides personalized care and unwavering support that meets you where you are. Our integrated approach offers substance use and personalized recovery services, mental health support, and trauma-informed treatment, all in one place. Day and evening sessions are available to fit into your schedule. Meet with our professional team members in-person or via secure telehealth platforms. The Recovery Services Counseling & Wellness Centers offer different levels of care based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) guidelines and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Eligibility

To be eligible for Recovery Services Counseling & Wellness Centers, you must: 

  • Be 12 years old or older   
  • Meet the ASAM criteria for Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) level of care 

What to Expect 

  • Reaching Out

    To enroll, contact Acenda’s Access Center, at 844-422-3632 x9500 or submit an appointment request online. You will be contacted within 48 hours. 

  • Enrollment & Assessment 

    After you have been enrolled, you will take an assessment and evaluation during your intake session. Recovery staff will assist you in creating a “problem list” and your initial service expectations. 

  • Moving Forward with Care

    You and your therapist will establish a weekly schedule that works best for you. You can expect to attend about 12-14 sessions across a 4-6 month period, Typically, your sessions will reduce in frequency as you move forward, until you have achieved your recovery goals.

We accept most private insurance plans, Medicaid, and clients who are eligible for DMHAS fee-for-service coverage.
