Candice M. Copeland is the Associate Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Acenda Integrated Health, a premier organization operating in the behavioral health space that supports children, families and adults. Her experience spans several industries including finance, banking, healthcare, education and agriculture. Prior to her role within Acenda, she served as the Financial Coordinator at Penn Medicine which addressed a diverse needs population while navigating complex healthcare models associated with concierge and international medicine. She has dedicated her career to aligning business acumen and technology solutions as demonstrated by her international system implementation work with agri-business in Costa Rica. She has led several successful system implementations associated with Oracle, Salesforce, SAP and EPIC. She is an advocate for people and addresses clients needs at all phases of their life while producing high performing cross functional teams. Candice obtained her B.A. in Corporate Communications from Arcadia University and her two Masters of Science degrees from Wilmington University with Healthcare Administration and Master of Information Systems concentrations. She is currently pursing doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership.
