ACENDA INTEGRATED HEALTH’S COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit all portions of acendahealth.org without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US?

We use personal information solely for purposes of customer service or hiring.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

To protect our donors when making online donations, we use GiveLively to process our credit card transactions. GiveLively processes your online donation payments by using encryption and security protocols to ensure secure transactions. Please see GiveLively’s Privacy Policy at www.givelively.com/privacy-policy for more information regarding its security and privacy practices. After completing a donation online, your credit card information is not stored on https://www.givelively.org/privacy-policy servers, rather in our secure database via Salesforce. We utilize a third-party application called ApplicantPro to securely process our online employment applications. Please see the ApplicantPro Privacy Policy at www.applicantpro.com/privacy for more information regarding its security and privacy practices.

We also protect your sensitive information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, human resources or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

Acenda does not sell or otherwise disclose user information outside the organization.

When leaving our site, we encourage our users to read the privacy policy of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

EMAIL INFORMATION
