iComWell is an Initiative for Community Wellness with a mission to expand mental health services in Cape May and Gloucester Counties.
Funded by the SAMHSA Community Mental Health Center Grant that expands Mental Health services, the iComWell program helps support our communities who need assistance to achieve overall wellness, and who have experienced barriers in receiving services due to the negative impact on health due to the COVID -19 pandemic.
Our team will help link you to support services in the following areas:
- Mental Health
- Healthy Food Choices
- Utilities
- Medical Services
By partnering with community providers and hosting community engagement and outreach activities we can offer direction and support and quickly get you connected to treatment services. Additionally, we work with our community partners to provide trainings that are available to all.
