The Family Connections Program provides intensive in-home services including concrete supports such as home management, budgeting, skill building, advocacy, and linkages to community resources to enhance protective factors. Family and individual therapy are also provided to help improve parent-child dynamics, address trauma, and enhance family functioning and well-being.
