The Fostering Independence Program provides life skills instruction and case management to youth who are aging out of foster care and involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. The program provides case management and advocacy and assists adolescents and young adults during their transition from foster care to independent living. This is an open purchase program and requires a SAR (Special Approval Request) through the DCP&P.
